• Order and delivery information— the products you order, your delivery addresses, order history, and any logo or artwork files you upload for custom-branded water.

Card payments, where offered, are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications and feedback— messages you send us, delivery notes, and ratings or reviews you leave.
• Device and technical information— a push-notification token for your device, device and operating-system type, app version, IP address and log data, and diagnostic or crash reports that help us fix problems.

• To create and manage your account and process and deliver your orders.

• To send you reminders and service messages by WhatsApp or SMS (for example, when it may be time to reorder).

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain records — such as orders, invoices, and payment records — for longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

• You can control push notifications through your device settings.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us at Duverabrands@gmail.com from the email on your account, or by contacting us on WhatsApp. We will delete your personal information, except records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (for example, past invoices), which we retain for the required period and then delete.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
